A customer buying journey can be adapted for automating the email journey. 1. Welcome emails: When a user signs up or makes a first purchase, the system can automatically send a welcome email that sets the tone for future correspondence. 2. Onboarding emails: These emails can guide the user through initial stages after signing-up or making a purchase. They can contain instructional videos, tips, blogs, etc., to help customers get started with using the product. 3. Engagement emails: These emails will be automatically triggered based on the customer's actions such as items left in the cart, viewed product pages, user engagement in app or platform etc. 4. Transactional mail: Confirmation emails for orders, shipping and delivery notifications, or renewal reminders can be automated based on customer purchases and their lifecycle in the buying journey. 5. Feedback mail: These emails can be scheduled after a purchase or completion of a service, asking customers to provide their feedback or reviews. 6. Tailored Recommendations: Based on previous purchases or browsing history, send the customers personalised recommendations for products they might be interested in. 7. Win-Back emails: These are for customers who have not interacted with the brand for a while. An automated email can be sent after a certain period of inactivity
A growth mindset believes that a person's abilities and intelligence can be developed through hard work, dedication, learning, and practice. A fixed mindset, on the other hand, assumes that a person's traits, skills, and intelligence are unalterable, and that talent alone leads to success, without the need for further intellectual or personal growth. A motivated salesperson would benefit more from a growth mindset because it can help him or her embrace challenges, persist despite obstacles, seek out new strategies for success, and welcome criticism as a means of improving performance. This attitude would result in higher productivity, better customer relationships, and ultimately, more sales. A fixed mindset in a salesperson may reduce the likelihood of embracing challenges, limit personal growth, and discourage the exploration of new strategies, leading to subpar performance and hindered sales growth. Therefore, a growth mindset is essential in sales as it contributes to an individual's development, increases resilience, and results in better performance.
